Henriette Schneider is Executive Director of Pro Mehrweg, the central advisory and networking platform for Germany’s reuse system for beverage packaging. Pro Mehrweg brings together leading associations and companies from the beverage industry, wholesale and retail sectors, and related industries, working collectively to preserve and advance Germany’s unique reuse model.
As a circular economy consultant and independent expert, Henriette advises stakeholders from politics, business, and civil society on the development of economically viable and environmentally sound reuse systems. Her work focuses on designing effective reuse models in both policy and practice, including business and cooperation models, governance structures, system performance and interoperability, logistics, infrastructure, and consumer convenience.
Through her work, she supports the transition towards sustainable packaging solutions while strengthening regional value chains and the collaboration between manufacturers, retailers, and communities.
