Jordan began his career at Monterey Pacific Inc., managing nearly 4,000 vineyard acres. Over his tenure, he progressed from Viticulture Technician to Pest Control Advisor and eventually to Viticulturist.
In 2016, he joined Tablas Creek Vineyard, where he played a key role in managing the estate’s 280-acre property, overseeing estate operations, grower relations, and sustainability programs. He was instrumental in piloting the Regenerative Organic Certified® (ROC) program, helping shape the standard and guiding Tablas Creek to become the first vineyard in the world to achieve ROC certification.
In recent years, Jordan has also consulted on projects where vineyard owners want to transition to regenerative viticulture.
Jordan holds a degree in Fruit Science from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. He joined CVCA in 2025 with the ambition of redefining what it means to farm wine grapes in California.
