Kassian Goëss-Enzenberg grew up in South Tyrol on the Manincor wine estate. After attending a business high school, he studied psychology and gained practical experience in several wineries, at a barrel maker, in the investment sector, and at a wine software company. He also served as Chief Commercial Officer of a start-up focused on compostable packaging.
Today, he focuses primarily on the development and refinement of agricultural products, particularly those based on apples and by-products of winemaking, with the goal of creating additional sustainable value from agricultural resources. As a young father, he is especially interested in the long-term development of agriculture, with a focus on circular systems and the transition from monocultures to more diverse mixed farming systems.
