Rosie founded Impact Focus in 2020, a specialist sustainability and communications consultancy helping wine companies turn sustainability into a competitive advantage through practical strategy and confident communications. Impact Focus advises boards on impact and ESG strategy, builds sustainability reports and brand stories, supports companies with B Corp certification and runs behaviour change programmes. A wine and drinks journalist for 17 years, formerly Group Editor of Harpers Wine and Spirit and Drinks Retailing News, she spent three years in Sydney leading global communications for Australian Vintage, the B Corp behind McGuigan Wines. Trained as a psychologist, she works with leadership teams to shift how organisations prioritise sustainable decisions, embed them, and drive lasting change.
