M. CHAPOUTIER

At Maison M. CHAPOUTIER, our commitment to climate action has been ingrained in our DNA for decades. By embracing biodynamic practices and prioritizing organic agriculture, we aim to protect and preserve our terroir for future generations.

Founded in 1808, Maison M. CHAPOUTIER is an icon of French oenology, with 7 generations of expertise passed down. As a producer, winegrower, and merchant, it owns 300 hectares of its own vineyards and collaborates with another 100 hectares in partnership. Its appellations, notably Hermitage, Côte-Rôtie, Châteauneuf-du-Pape, and Crozes-Hermitage, are benchmarks in the Rhône Valley.

Committed to social and environmental responsibility, the company embraced organic practices in 1991 and biodynamics in 1997, demonstrating deep respect for terroir and biodiversity. Among its renowned wines, “La Bernardine,” “Les Meysonniers,” and “Le Pavillon” are top sellers, attesting to the quality and recognition of the house.

M. CHAPOUTIER embodies the harmony between tradition and innovation, with a constant pursuit of excellence. Its history, exceptional terroir, and commitment to CSR make it an undisputed reference in the world of wine.
