We naturally farm just under a hectare of land in Agliano Terme, Piemonte, where we seek to curate native ecosystems to create a living vineyard. Principles like regenerative agriculture and natural farming are our ethos. This means no tilling or earth disruptions that erode soil aggregates or microbiology; cover crops are sown between rows, and herbs and flowers are grown next to vines to promote ecological balance and biodiversity.
